Product guarantee

ITZALA offers a no quibble two year guarantee on all of our Itzala branded blinds, and extends this to three years for our VELUX branded blinds. In the unlikely event that - after normal use - a problem should occur within these time periods, ITZALA will offer the choice of full reimbursement or an equivalent replacement product free of charge - whichever you prefer.

You need simply e-mail us at customerservice@itzala.com with detail of the problem and the date and price of purchase (including your order confirmation number). Once we have all this information, we will forward a return reference. Equipped with this, return the blind to us and we will reimburse or replace within 30 days.
